Official description[edit]
SHOW OF THE MONTH
The Ritz Raleigh, North Carolina
This famously "messed up" show found Linnell knocked around by the flu but hardly down for the count as the band blazes through their current repertoire. Lots of chatting as John and john work the best Smothers bros. routine to a deeply hypnotized crowd.
A BRIEF NOTE OF EXPLINATION FROM FLANSBURGH:
Dear TMBG Unlimited Subscribers- This live recording was recorded a little "hot" and has occasional digital distortion. The fine folks at EMusic have done their best to clean it up, but are concerned that they will get many complaints about the technical shortcoming of the recording. Please leave them alone. It's our fault. But it was a great, fun show that I think you will all enjoy. Thanks!
